We have used Alexander for 12 years and never once been disappointed. Everyone we have recommended them to also raves about them. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and consummate professionals, they are proactive, responsive and look for ways to save you money. We recently had an issue where our 2-year-old AC stopped working. They could have made more money fixing it piecemeal, but they determined it was an issue with the unit itself and helped us deal with the manufacturer. In a time where customer service and ethics seem rare, it is great to see a company truly embody these characteristics.
