We have used Alexander for 12 years and never once been disappointed. Everyone we have recommended them to also raves about them. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and consummate professionals, they are proactive, responsive and look for ways to save you money. We recently had an issue where our 2-year-old AC stopped working. They could have made more money fixing it piecemeal, but they determined it was an issue with the unit itself and helped us deal with the manufacturer. In a time where customer service and ethics seem rare, it is great to see a company truly embody these characteristics.

Excellent and friendly from their customer service team to their service technician. We recently used Alexander Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning on one of the hottest days of the summer. I woke up to a leak in my ceiling due to the air conditioner. I called 10–12 local companies with no luck. A tech from Alexander came out same day, and our issue was promptly assessed and fixed. They also serviced and cleaned our unit. We found their pricing to be fair and reasonable. All in all, they helped make a stressful day better.
