Job Description
Client Services Team Leader - Full Time:
- We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative
- A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
- They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Preferred experience in working with SERVICETITAN software or similar dispatching software
HVAC Technician Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying customers’ needs
- Participate in technical training
- Performing repairs and maintenance
- Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
- Managing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
HVAC Service Technician Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Experience in plumbing as well is preferred
- Working knowledge of boiler and water heater systems
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
- Minimum of 4 YEARS of full time experience as an HVAC technician
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
